The Clos de Castellas is a first-class cuvée of the red varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsaut and Mouvedre. After gentle and temperature-controlled fermentation, the red wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels. The result is an excellent, typical Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a deep dark, almost black colour. Powerful and at the same time velvety smooth, with aromas of berries, cherries and herbs, this is a wine that lives up to its origin.
