Sam gained a BSc in Creative Digital Technology at Leeds
Beckett University before embarking on a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. It was during this period that his interest in Asian culture and cuisine was sparked, and he is now a dab-hand at recreating recipes from his travels.
Sam joined Pieroth in 2016 and currently lives in Liverpool although he is still a supporter of Hull City his hometown team. His hobbies include skiing, snowboarding and rock-climbing when time allows.
