Bourgogne Pinot Noir, A.O.P.

The dark red Château de la Chaume has an intense clean colour, which reaches slightly into violet. The wine appears fresh and has a high viscosity. Intense aromas are reminiscent of sour cherries, currants and strawberries. At the same time, there is a certain spiciness in the aroma, which also reveals a note of tobacco. It is a nice dry red wine with grip that stimulates drinking pleasure. It also has great fruit aromas on the palate, with the currants clearly evident. The wine has a fine mineral tone and a great style underpinned by elegant tannins.
