Ripe and juicy with gentle tannins make this a very easy drinking red wine
Chile has a long viticultural history dating back to the 16 century when the Spanish conquistadors brought ‘vitis vinerfa’ vines with them as they colonised the region. From these early beginnings, Chile is now the fifth largest exporter of wines and the ninth largest producer in the world. The Late Reserva heralds a welcome return from the Echeverria family vineyards located just a few kilometres from the foothills of the Andes mountains. Due to this great location the vines benefit from intense sunlight, ideal temperatures and pure melted snow water from the mountains for irrigation.
The Late Reserva can be enjoyed on its own or with strong cheeses and game.
Today, the name Echeverría is synonymous with excellence and the wines are appreciated all around the world. The winery's performance is remarkable: the total capacity is 1.5 million liters, an impressive 2,000 barrique barrels are in use, and an in-house laboratory ensures constant quality control and assurance. But the real foundation for success is the family itself, with its passion for first-class wine. To this day, Echeverría has remained a pure family winery, where high value is placed on every detail of production. Because the name Echeverría commits to excellent quality from a long tradition.
