This red wine invites you on a sensory walk through the forest: fragrant cherries and dark woodland berries meet delicate notes of vanilla, while a hint of spicy forest floor and earthy nuances add depth and character. On the palate, it is both fruity and subtly spicy, elegantly structured and harmoniously balanced. Gentle tannins caress the palate, leading to a long, pleasant finish. A wine that enhances cozy evenings and brings the flavours of the South to life in a most enjoyable way.

Château Canet sits proudly on limestone- and clay-rich soils in a mild Mediterranean climate, where the Cers and Marin winds gently sweep through the vineyards. Harvested at night, the grapes ripen carefully before undergoing a 20-day fermentation and twelve months of aging, allowing their fruit and elegance to fully develop, with only a small portion matured in oak barrels. The cuvée of Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier reflects the power, warmth, and freshness of the terroir. Sustainability and oenology shape every step, from vineyard to winery, with gentle practices and a strong commitment to CSR clearly expressing the estate’s philosophy.
Pairs well with roasted game, lamb, or mushroom dishes, and is also an excellent match for mature hard cheeses. A versatile companion for refined moments of indulgence.
