We have the privilege to showcase this 2022 Chardonnay. A dry and full-bodied wine with a bright, golden yellow color. On the nose, aromas of white fruits like pear and apple, along with floral notes and hints of honey are often present. No oak, only stainless-steel tanks used.

The acidity is crisp and balanced, making these wines wonderfully refreshing. The finish is generally clean and long. Also known for its minerality, which can be attributed to the limestone soils in which the vines grow. This gives the wine a unique character and a touch of complexity.

Owner of 17ha of wine in Azé, is George Blancs. George Blancs is a legendary chef who has never lost 3 stars in the Michelin guide for more than 40 years. Great wines are part and parcel of his restaurant Village Blanc, enhanced by Georges Blanc’s passion for this nectar. Chef Blanc has always strived to understand the perfect chemistry between food and wine. In 1970, while he was already the Chef and head of the company, he was awarded the Best Burgundy Sommelier prize. This is how he got hooked, and the passion is still alive. George planted his own vineyards in the 80’s.
