This hidden gem presents a fresh, lively nose with great balance between the grassy, herby aromas and the richer passion fruit characters. The palate is lively and intensely fruity with green grassy, grapefruity freshness allied with fuller tropical fruit notes.

The Marlborough Sounds are best known for their Sauvignon Blanc wines
On the north end of the southern island in New Zealand are the crystal waters of the Marlborough Sounds, the shores of which are home to a number of excellent New Zealand wineries, producing superb boutique wines. Encompassing Queen Charlotte Sound, Kenpuru and Pelorus Sounds, the Marlborough Sounds area of New Zealand is an extensive body of water that floods up river valleys. The spectacular scenery ranges from towering forested mountains to quiet coves and bays. It is here in one of these ‘Hidden Coves’ that the vineyard for our fabulous wine is situated. The low rainfall during the summer months and abundant sunshine make the Marlborough Sounds the perfect grape growing area for producing top quality premier wines. The Marlborough Sounds are best known for their Sauvignon Blanc wines and having never compromised on quality these wines are simply world class and considered by many to be the benchmark against which all Sauvignon Blanc wines are measured.
This is an ideal accompaniment for the famous New Zealand green lipped mussels, crayfish or just simply fresh bread dipped in extra virgin olive oils.
