Jammy B

Jammy B Merlot is grown in the warm inland area of South Eastern Australia, where sunny conditions enable optimum ripeness and development of fruit flavours. Machine harvested in late February, our Merlot parcels were destemmed, inoculated and fermented in stainless steel vats at 24°C with regular pump overs to maximise colour extraction and preserve fruit flavour. Once dry, the parcels were pressed, racked and seeded for malolactic fermentation, ahead of maturation on premium French and American oak. Careful blending and bottle conditioning prior to release ensures a balanced wine ready to consume.

Deeply coloured in appearance with aromas of ripe red berries, vanilla and allspice, that lead to a generous palate of blood plum compote, raspberry coulis, smooth tannins and a round supple finish.
