Blending together Sauvignon-Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay our expert Hunter Valley winemakers have kept the fermentation process brief, resulting in a wine which retains its fresh fruit character and residual sugars. You will immediately notice the difference between this ‘Frizzante’ with its natural fruity nature and sparkle and off the shelf wines which have been sweetened and artificially carbonated.
