This dry Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep dark ruby red, with an intense bouquet of aromas. The smell is heavy, with notes of blackcurrants, plums and oak smoke. Spicy aromas such as cinnamon, anise and laurel can be found. On the palate, the wine feels full-bodied and dense, with ripe fruit notes of blackcurrant, cassis, black cherry and dried figs. Spicy elements and a subtle chocolate note are also perceptible here. The wine is persistent, with ripe, firm and noble tannins. Its finish is long and convinces with its very discreet fruit sweetness and mineral structure.
