This Prosecco is delicately sparkling, racy and fresh with a subtle acidity and a mineral spice to the fruit. It goes into the glass with a bright straw yellow colour. Wonderfully diverse citrus aromas emerge from the subtly sparkling Frizzante paired with white blossoms and fresh almonds. It plays with the aromas of apples and fruity acacia. It is exceptionally aromatic and mouth-filling to the palate. First class and superbly balanced!

About this wine from

Veneto, Italy

Until 2010, the grape variety Glera was called Prosecco. From this date onwards, however, Prosecco does no longer designate a grape variety, but a region of origin which is subject to very strict rules: The Glera grapes which are used for the production of Prosecco may only come from a specific, narrowly defined area and both, the processing and the bottling, must happen exclusively in this area. Prosecco may only be filled into bottles of white or green glass. By these provisions a higher level of quality has been achieved and the high-value appeal of the product has been increased significantly.
