Grignan-les-Adhémar stretches south of Montélimar, on the left bank of the Rhône. The AOP, which is also rich in tourist attractions, is an area where lavender, oak, truffles, aromatic plants and olive trees grow very well. The Mistral wind provides plenty of sunshine, which favours the richness and generosity of the Grignan les Adhémar wines. The vines thrive in the Mediterranean climate on coarse rolling pebbles, finer gravel, clay and limestone slopes. The name "Rhodanos", the Latin name for the Rhone, and the design of the label reflect the deep roots of the wine in its origins. A true classic of the wine world, harvested from old vines characterised by low yields and high quality.
