A wine with a beautiful straw yellow colour. Vinification as a white wine enhances Sangiovese’s typical aromatic complexity with notes of fresh black cherries, orange blossom and broom, which fade into notes of quince on the finish.

Rich in flavour and minerality, it is pleasantly fresh, harmonious, and slightly spicy on the pallet with a distinctly floral finish.

Rich in flavour and minerality, a pleasantly fresh, harmonious white wine from Tuscany

About this wine from

Tuscany, Italy

Sangiovese, the iconic grape variety from Tuscany. This feat of making a white wine from grapes with dark skins (de noirs) is only possible if the grapes are pressed very quickly after harvesting. This is because the flesh of the fruit, from which the juice runs, is colourless; the colour pigments are only found in the skin of the grapes.
