About this wine from

Cognac, France

Cognac is distilled exclusively from white wines. The main grape variety in the area is Ugni Blanc (also called Saint Emilion), with Folle Blanche and Colombard grown to a lesser extent. V.S.O.P cognacs such as Edition Noir are among the best cognac qualities: this shows what can be created, if you carefully select wines of the best quality with a high aromatic potential and distil these gently.
