About this wine from

Languedoc, France

The wine for this Cuvée Grande Reserve grows near Montpellier in the south of France, at the foot of Mont Baudile. In a nearby valley, women used to breed silkworms to obtain silk so that they could earn a living for themselves and their families. In their honour, the valley was popularly called VALDONA, the valley of the beautiful women. Our cuvée is dedicated to them, because it has been vinified with the same attention and care that these women gave to silkworm rearing.
